1. General Terms

By using the n5230 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. This agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and n5230.

One Account Per Person

Each player may only operate one account at n5230. If duplicate accounts are found for the same player, the platform has the right to close the second and any subsequent accounts and forfeit the balances in them.

3. Age Restriction

n5230 services are available to users aged 21+ only. The platform may verify the age of any account holder at any time and has the right to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

n5230 offers first-time depositing players a 120% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount (e.g. 24,000 Ks bonus × 15 = 360,000 Ks).

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses have an expiry period and will be automatically cancelled if the period has passed.
  • Requesting an additional bonus before completing the wagering requirement for the current bonus is not allowed.
  • If we determine that a bonus has been used for the purpose of withdrawing funds, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any remaining balance generated from it.
  • When calculating bonus wagering, some games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate depending on the game type, and bet amount limits may apply.

6. Fair Play Policy

n5230 wants to create a fair and balanced playing environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

  • Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any tool that automates account actions during gameplay.
  • Intentionally exploiting network vulnerabilities or platform bugs.
  • Bonus abuse — the practice of playing only to meet wagering requirements and then withdrawing, without genuine play intent.
  • Arbitrage betting or placing bets based on advance knowledge of outcomes.
  • Transferring funds from your account to a third-party account through deliberate loss cycles (chip dumping).

If any such activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to forfeit the player's balance and bonuses and close the account.

7. Restricted Regions and Activities

The following activities are not permitted on the n5230 platform—

  • Money laundering or passing funds obtained through criminal activity through the service.

8. Platform Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Platform

n5230 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a player's account without prior notice for the following reasons—

  • When a violation of these terms and conditions is detected.

  • When there is suspicion of money laundering.
  • When a temporary suspension occurs due to a technical issue or platform maintenance — in such cases, your balance will not be lost.

Self-Closure
